MCA | Market center administrator

Journey oversees the financial and operational infrastructure of our Market Center, ensuring a solid foundation for our agents’ success. As the Market Center Administrator, Journey is responsible for managing the office’s systems, financial reporting, and administrative operations. AMCA | Assistant market center administrator

Liz maintains the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our Market Center. In collaboration with the MCA, she oversees the daily financial workflow to ensure strict Trust Account compliance and accurate monthly invoicing. Her meticulous approach keeps the office records balanced and ensures that all back-office systems function smoothly on a consistent basis.

Gene Goldschmidt

Executive director of agent development

Gene manages the foundational success systems for our Market Center, where he oversees the proprietary ACDC Program. He is responsible for guiding newly licensed agents as they develop into productive and independent business owners. Through a structured curriculum and accountability framework, Gene provides the support necessary for agents to establish sustainable, long-term careers within the competitive real estate industry.

Managing broker

Gale manages the legal oversight of our Market Center, ensuring that both the brokerage and our agents maintain high standards of integrity and compliance. Gale focuses on protecting professional licenses and the firm by navigating the complex regulatory requirements of the real estate industry.

Lonn maintains the primary responsibility for the brokerage’s licensing and legal standing. Lonn manages the resolution of legal disputes, arbitration, and regulatory matters to preserve the professional integrity and security of the business.
