KWLS
Keller Williams Listing System. Once your listing is on the KWLS, it can be viewed by KW Agents throughout the country. This is also where you can access the unique URL / web-address for each of your listings.
4-1-1
4-1-1 stands for 4 weeks, 1 month, and 1 year. At Keller Williams (KW), 4-1-1 is a productivity tool to reflect your top priorities, your "Big Rocks." The 4-1-1 tool allows you to define your weekly, monthly, and annual goals. Because your daily activities manifest into your overall results, the goals you set are an effective and crucial accountability function of your business.
Commission Splits
KWRI Royalty Fees, which comes out in 6% increments up-to a Cap Total of $3,000/year,
Company Dollar Splits, which comes out in 30% increments up-to a Cap Total of $13,900/year
Ignite
Whether you are a new agent looking for quick success or an experienced agent wanting to kick-start your career, IGNITE reveals innovative models, sound systems and useful tools to help you get into production quickly. This is a 12-week course that meets for 3-hours each week on a set-day.
KW Cares
Established in 2003, Keller Williams Realty Cares (KW Cares) is a 501(c)3 public charity that raises money through Keller Williams offices nationwide, in order to provide emergency financial assistance to any member of the KW family in need and other charities aligned with the mission and values of Keller Williams Realty and KW Cares. There is a Local and National fund.
MCA
MCA stands for Market Center Administrator. This person along with our Assistant MCA handles agent payables and receivables, the operations of the business, and lead our staff members.
ALC
ALC stands for Associate Leadership Council. The ALC is the governing body of the Market Center (MC) and acts as a Board of Directors for all MC activities. The ALC members are also the people who vote on behalf of the MC whenever KWRI wants to make and adjustment or change that would affect KW associates.
GPS
Your GPS - sometimes called a 1,3,5 - is just another way to plan your goals and to keep them achievable and attainable. It consists of 1 Goal, 3 Priorities on your way to meet that goal, and 5 Strategies per Priority to help you break down your activities even further.
Gross Commission Income (GCI)
GCI is the top-line amount of commission earned by the agent prior to the Company Dollar Split, KWRI Royalty Fee, or any Referral Fee deductions. For example, the Buyer’s Side (2.7%) GCI on a $250,000 sale would be $6,750 – from which 6% would be deducted, then 30% for Company Dollar.

MC
MC stands for Market Center. KWRI identifies each office by its Market Center number. Keller Williams Classic Realty MC# is 358

MC Coach
All newly licensed agents are required to be a part of our Market Center Coaching Program.
OP
OP stands for Operating Partner or Principal. This person is responsible for providing the vision and direction of the MC.
